I think you need to calm down.
Hundreds of users here on the forums do what you want to do on a daily basis.
It's not the program isn't working - it just isn't working for you, probably down to how you are using the program and how you expect it to respond, which are completely different to how it actually works and how it should respond.
Take a deep breath and calm down.
There are plenty of people here willing to help you - show respect and patience and then you will get results.
