I want to build a drop down window that poses the question of many number of products would you like (roughly on a 1-4 scale with an "Other" option). Based on the number they select from the drop down menu, sets of identical questions, that they need to fill, drop down based on the number they selected.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Quantity: 3
Product #1
Color: Red (chosen from a drop down menu)
Size: Large (chosen from a single selection menu)
Product #2
Color: Green (chosen from a drop down menu)
Size: Medium (chosen from a single selection menu)
Product #3
Color: Brown (chosen from a drop down menu)
Size: Small (chosen from a single selection menu)
