Hello Jeff, do i have to de-install the premium version of CS5 & LR5 before proceeding?
Meanwhile i have installed a new Adobe ID & Password….

Caliche8380 there is no need for a license key or serial number. You will want to sign in using the Adobe ID tied to your membership. You can find additional information at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
