Boas seems to indicate that you offered the link that was sought. That was good news. But could you detail how one gets to older versions
from the link that you provided?
Boas wrote that a purchase of Premiere Elements 12 was made several months ago.
Even if that purchase was from Adobe, I am not seeing Boas finding download of another set of Premiere Elements 12 installation files from your link.
I would suggest the route to them, if the purchase was made from Adobe, would be
1. Go to Adobe web site
2. Sign In with Adobe ID and Password
3. In Search field on web page, type in "My Orders" and follow that link to "My Orders" and Boas's specific order where the download
opportunity should exist.
Boas could also get installation files using the following web site

Do you have the time to explain what I am overlooking in my download routes here? And when all is said and done, I am not seeing a request for version 12 installation files
from the details that Boas gave us.
